## Long description

The Kosmos Gecko Run - Marble Run Starter Set V1 is an engaging marble run designed for children and builders aged 8 years and up. This international version set provides a fun, physics-based building experience, allowing users to construct flexible vertical tracks on smooth surfaces without permanent fixtures. Ideal for developing spatial awareness, problem-solving skills, and creative engineering through interactive play.
Advantages
The Kosmos Gecko Run Starter Set offers a unique approach to traditional construction toys by utilizing flexible tracks that attach securely to smooth vertical surfaces. This innovative mounting system saves floor space and allows builders to experiment with gravity, momentum, and speed in entirely new dimensions. Constructed from quality materials, the components are durable and designed for repeated assembly and reconfiguration, supporting endless creative experimentation.
Suitable for
Children and builders aged 8 years and up
Developing spatial awareness and problem-solving skills
Interactive physics-based play and creative engineering
Constructing vertical marble tracks on smooth surfaces
When it may not be suitable
This marble run may not be suitable for households lacking smooth vertical surfaces, as the mounting system requires flat areas like glass, tiles, or treated doors to function correctly. Additionally, it is not recommended for children under the age of 8 due to small parts and the complexity of track design.
Key specifications
Product type: Marble run
Recommended age: 8 years to 99 years
Color options: Light Blue, Light Green, White
Suitable for: Boys and girls
Package weight: 3.3 kg
How to use
To begin playing, select a smooth vertical surface such as a window, mirror, or smooth door. Attach the flexible tracks and base components using the provided mounting elements without leaving permanent marks. Position the marbles at the starting point of the constructed track and observe how gravity and momentum carry them through the course. You can easily adjust the angles and distances between tracks to alter the speed and path of the marbles, creating custom courses every time.
What to consider before purchase
Ensure you have appropriate smooth vertical surfaces available for track mounting
Check the age recommendation of 8 years and older for the intended user
Consider the total weight of 3.3 kg for handling and storage
Usage recommendations: Adult supervision may be helpful during the initial setup to ensure tracks are securely positioned on vertical surfaces. Store all components in a dry place when not in use to maintain the quality of the mounting elements.
