## Long description

The Lindy 70617 USB-C Dante Audio Converter is a professional interface engineered for seamless audio integration between modern USB devices and Dante audio networks. Designed to bridge the gap between computer-based audio and networked AV infrastructures, this device ensures reliable digital signal conversion for various professional environments. Built with a robust metal housing, it accommodates standard workflows by offering dependable 2-channel recording and playback capabilities over standard Ethernet infrastructure.
Advantages
This audio converter facilitates straightforward connectivity without requiring complex configurations or specialized software. Its class-compliant design allows for instant recognition across major operating systems, reducing setup time in fast-paced professional environments. Dual power options provide flexibility for deployment in diverse locations, while the compact physical footprint ensures it easily fits into restricted spaces such as equipment racks, desktop areas, or mobile production kits.
Suitable for
Connecting USB-C computers and mobile devices to Dante audio networks
Professional audio recording and playback in studio environments
Conference room installations and networked meeting spaces
Live sound venues and temporary event setups
Broadcasting and streaming applications requiring reliable signal integration
When it may not be suitable
This device may not be suitable for users who require analog audio connections, as it exclusively handles digital USB-C to Dante network conversions. Additionally, applications demanding high-resolution audio sampling rates beyond standard 44.1/48kHz limits will require alternative hardware.
