## Long description

L’Oréal Paris PALETTE Color Shampoo in shade 5-0 Medium Brown is a temporary shampoo-based hair colorant designed to deposit color while cleansing. The formula provides an even medium brown tone that lasts up to 28 washes and is intended for at-home use. It works on natural hair and previously colored hair to refresh tone, conceal regrowth between permanent dyeing sessions, or test a new shade without long-term commitment.
Advantages
This color shampoo combines cleansing and coloring in one step, simplifying the application process compared with traditional permanent dyes. The temporary formula allows gradual fading over multiple washes, which reduces the need for immediate color correction. The product is formulated to deliver uniform coverage of shade 5-0 Medium Brown and is suitable for repeated use to maintain or adjust tone with minimal damage compared to oxidative permanent dyes.
Suitable for
Refreshing or deepening medium brown tones
Concealing visible regrowth between permanent color treatments
Testing a new medium brown shade before committing to permanent dye
Adding temporary color to previously colored hair to even out tone
Key specifications
 Format: shampoo-based temporary colorant
 Shade: Medium Brown (5-0)
Duration: color persistence up to 28 washes, gradually fades with shampooing
Suitable hair types: natural hair and previously colored hair
 Application: at-home, single-step wash-in color
How to use
Apply the color shampoo to wet hair, massaging thoroughly from roots to ends to ensure even distribution of shade 5-0 Medium Brown. Leave on the hair according to the product leaflet instructions for the required processing time, then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear. For best results, use on clean, towel-dried hair and repeat applications as needed to reach desired intensity. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.
Usage recommendations
For a predictable result, perform a strand test before full application to assess color outcome and processing time on your specific hair. Use the shampoo regularly to maintain tone and expect gradual fading — reapply when color becomes noticeably lighter. Follow scalp sensitivity precautions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
