## Long description

The Lurch 221420 citrus press is a practical kitchen tool designed for efficient and effortless juicing of citrus fruits. Measuring 22 x 10 x 7.5 cm, this compact device combines durable plastic and stainless steel in a sleek black and metallic finish. It is engineered to extract maximum juice from lemons, limes, and small oranges with minimal physical effort, making it a reliable addition to any kitchen or home bar setup.
Advantages
Constructed from a combination of robust stainless steel and glass fiber reinforced nylon, the press offers long-lasting durability for daily use. The unpainted surface ensures that there is no risk of paint peeling over time, maintaining a clean and food-safe finish. Featuring a specialized spout, the design allows for clean and direct pouring of juice into a glass or small bowl without making a mess. The intuitive lever mechanism makes operation straightforward, while the compact dimensions ensure it fits easily into standard kitchen drawers.
Suitable for
Juicing lemons, limes, and small oranges
Preparing fresh juice for cocktails and beverages
Adding citrus juice to salad dressings and marinades
Enhancing fish and seafood dishes with fresh citrus
When it may not be suitable
This citrus press is specifically dimensioned for smaller citrus fruits such as lemons, limes, and small oranges. It is not suitable for large citrus fruits like standard grapefruits or large navel oranges, which will not fit properly into the pressing chamber.
Key specifications
Made of plastic and stainless steel
Color: Black and metallic
Dimensions: 22 x 10 x 7.5 cm
Lever mechanism for easy operation
Integrated spout for direct pouring
How to use
To use the citrus press, cut your chosen citrus fruit in half. Place the fruit half into the pressing chamber with the cut side facing downwards for optimal juice extraction. Align the press over a glass or bowl, and bring the handles together using the lever mechanism. The integrated spout will guide the freshly extracted juice cleanly into your receptacle, leaving seeds and pulp behind. After use, rinse the device under running water or place it in the dishwasher if applicable.
What to consider before purchase
Verify the size of the fruit you intend to juice regularly, as this tool is optimized for smaller citrus varieties
Check available storage space, keeping in mind the compact 22 x 10 x 7.5 cm dimensions
Consider the combination of stainless steel and plastic materials for your kitchen utensil preferences
Usage recommendations: For the best results, always place the citrus fruit face down in the press and clean the device immediately after use to prevent pulp from drying on the stainless steel and plastic surfaces.
