## Long description

Rectangular borosilicate glass food container with a metal and silicone lid, capacity 1.9 L. The Magic Vac Free glass pan is designed for oven cooking, vacuum storage, marinating and freezer or fridge use. Each unit includes an adapter for connection to Magic Vac vacuum machines and a lever to help lift the lid.

The included adapter enables air extraction with compatible Magic Vac vacuum machines for extended storage or rapid marinating. A dedicated lever simplifies opening the sealed lid. How to use
Place food inside without exceeding the rim and avoid contact between the food and the inside of the lid, particularly near the central valve. For storage, press the valve from the outside so it adheres to the lid surface; for rapid marinating, lift the valve by pressing from the inside. Fit the adapter into the central hole, connect the vacuum tube between the adapter and the Magic Vac machine, then start the CANISTER function for storage or the MARINATING function for marinating. To open, pinch the valve in the center of the lid to let air in and then use the supplied lever to lift the lid off the glass container.
Usage recommendations
Do not overfill and avoid placing food in direct contact with the valve area to ensure a proper seal. Handle the glassware with care when transferring between freezer and oven and follow your oven manufacturer's temperature limits for borosilicate glass.
