## Long description

The Masterclass Steel Muffin Baking Pan 35x27 cm with 12 Cups Grey is a reliable cookware accessory designed for baking muffins, cupcakes, small pastries, and individual portions of sweet or savory treats. Manufactured from high-performance carbon steel, this baking pan features a dual non-stick coating that ensures baked goods release easily without sticking or tearing. The robust construction distributes heat evenly across all twelve cups, helping to achieve consistent baking results every time. Finished in a neutral grey color, the pan combines practical functionality with durability for everyday baking needs in home kitchens.
Advantages
The carbon steel material provides structural strength and reliable heat distribution for uniform baking across the entire surface. The double non-stick coating prevents food from adhering to the metal, allowing baked items to be removed smoothly and simplifying the cleaning process after use. Versatility is enhanced by its compatibility with ovens, refrigerators, and freezers, allowing for both baking and chilling applications. Furthermore, the construction is dishwasher safe for convenient maintenance.
Suitable for
Baking standard-sized sweet muffins and cupcakes
Preparing individual portions of savory bakes and small quiches
Chilling or freezing dessert portions in refrigerators and freezers
When it may not be suitable
This baking pan may not be suitable for baking large cakes or breads that require extensive volume beyond the capacity of individual cup sections. It should also not be used directly on stovetop burners, induction cooktops, or under open flames.
Key specifications
Material: Carbon steel
Color: Grey
Total dimensions: 35 cm x 27 cm
Number of cups: 12
Cup diameter: 7 cm
Cup depth: 2.5 cm
Weight: 0.901 kg
Compatible environments: Oven, refrigerator, freezer

How to use
Before initial use, wash the baking pan with warm water and mild dish soap, then dry thoroughly. Lightly grease the cups if desired, although the non-stick coating minimizes the need for excessive oils or butters. Pour prepared batter into the twelve cup sections evenly, ensuring not to overfill them to allow for rising during the baking process. Place the pan into a preheated oven. After baking, allow the pan to cool for a short period before removing the pastries using a non-metal utensil to protect the non-stick surface. Clean the pan using non-abrasive sponges and standard dishwashing detergent or place it in the dishwasher.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that the external dimensions of 35x27 cm fit comfortably inside your oven cavity
Confirm that the 7 cm cup diameter and 2.5 cm depth match your preferred portion sizes
Ensure that metal utensils are avoided during use to maintain the longevity of the non-stick coating
Always allow the pan to cool down completely before washing or placing it into cold environments to prevent potential thermal shock to the steel material.
