These professional high-pressure cast aluminium pots provide even and rapid heat distribution and are suitable for use in the oven and on all hob types, including induction. The lids have built-in grooves that collect excess condensation during cooking and return it to the food, helping to retain moisture and making the cookware well suited for slow cooking. The cookware is safe for food contact and is made from recyclable materials without PFOA, PTFE or BPA.
