These professional high-pressure cast aluminium pots deliver even heating and are suitable for use in the oven and on all hob types, including induction. The lids feature integrated grooves that collect excess condensate during cooking and allow it to drip back into the food, helping to retain moisture and making the cookware well suited for slow cooking. The interior has a speckled, reinforced non-stick coating resistant to scratches.
