## Long description

The Mathorn MB-244 Ultimate is a rechargeable replacement battery with a 2600mAh capacity and an integrated USB-C charging port. Designed as a direct substitute for devices that use the BLX-1 battery form, this battery restores portable power to compatible electronics and allows convenient recharging with widely available USB-C cables. The compact pack delivers a balance of runtime and easy recharging for field and everyday use.
Advantages
This rechargeable battery provides 2600mAh of capacity in a compact form factor, enabling extended device operation compared with lower-capacity cells. The integrated USB-C port simplifies charging: you can use standard USB-C chargers, power banks, or vehicle adapters without a separate charger cradle. As a replacement for BLX-1 form-factor batteries, it is designed for straightforward installation and immediate use in compatible equipment.
Suitable for
Restoring power to devices that accept BLX-1 form-factor batteries
Field use where USB-C charging is more convenient than proprietary chargers
Everyday replacement in portable electronics requiring a 2600mAh rechargeable cell
Users who need interchangeable, rechargeable power modules for maintenance or spare stock
When it may not be suitable
This battery may not be suitable for devices that require a different battery geometry or electrical interface than the BLX-1 form. It is not appropriate when the device specifies a different nominal capacity, voltage, or safety standard; using incompatible batteries can cause poor fit, malfunction, or safety risks. Verify compatibility with the device manufacturer’s requirements before installation.
Key specifications
 Nominal capacity: 2600mAh
 Charging interface: USB-C port
Type: Rechargeable lithium-based cell (replaceable pack)
Intended form factor: Replacement for BLX-1 style batteries
Typical applications: Portable consumer electronics and field devices accepting the BLX-1 form
How to use
Install the Mathorn MB-244 Ultimate by removing the depleted BLX-1 style pack from your device and inserting the replacement in the same orientation. Charge the battery before first use via a USB-C cable connected to a USB power source that meets the device’s charging specifications. Monitor the device during initial charging to confirm proper contact and charging indication. Follow the host device’s guidance for charging cycles and battery handling.
What to consider before purchase
Confirm physical fit and polarity match for BLX-1 form-factor batteries in your device
Verify that device electrical specifications (voltage and current) are compatible with a 2600mAh rechargeable pack
Check whether the device requires original manufacturer batteries for warranty or safety reasons
Ensure you have a suitable USB-C charger or cable rated for the required charging current
Usage recommendations
Charge the battery using a compatible USB-C power source and avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures or mechanical damage. Store the battery partially charged for long-term storage and follow recycling or disposal guidelines for rechargeable cells. Replace the battery at the first signs of reduced runtime or physical degradation.
