The Microconnect SFTP701B is a 1 m networking cable built to Cat7 standard with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for connections between network devices such as switches, modems and routers, it supports high-speed data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s and is backwards compatible with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e and Cat5 installations. The blue cable includes a strain-relief boot to protect the connector during installation and a shield to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI).
