The cable meets Cat6 standard testing up to 250 MHz and is backwards compatible with Cat5e and Cat5, supporting data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s. Its S/FTP construction provides an overall braided shield plus individually shielded pairs to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk.
