A small package with a huge ambition — the wAP ac 4G is a compact dual-band (2.4 / 5 GHz) home access point in a weatherproof wAP enclosure. It features two Gigabit Ethernet ports and a Micro SIM slot, allowing use as a wired router with LTE backup or as a wireless access point for indoor and outdoor use. The device is rated to operate in temperatures from -30 °C to +60 °C and can be mounted on walls, ceilings or poles. Powered by a quad-core 716 MHz CPU and 128 MB RAM, it supports dual-chain 2.4 GHz and dual-chain 5 GHz concurrent AP operation for better handling of congested wireless environments.
