## Long description

The Milwaukee DIAMOND CROWN 32x450mm 1 1/4" SILVER Diamond Core Bit is a professional-grade accessory engineered for precise drilling in demanding masonry and construction materials. Designed to meet the rigorous standards of trade professionals, this diamond core bit delivers consistent cutting performance, structural integrity, and reliability on the job site. With its optimized dimensions and robust construction, it handles tough drilling applications with ease, ensuring clean holes in various hard building materials.
Advantages
This diamond core bit offers exceptional durability and wear resistance thanks to its high-quality diamond segments. It is engineered to maintain cutting speed and efficiency over extended periods of heavy use, reducing downtime and project completion times. The precise manufacturing ensures minimal vibration during operation, which contributes to operator comfort and cleaner hole edges in professional construction and renovation projects.
Suitable for
Drilling precise holes in masonry and stone
Construction and renovation tasks requiring core drilling
Professional installation of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC lines through walls and floors
When it may not be suitable
This tool is not recommended for drilling through heavy structural steel or reinforced concrete containing thick rebar, as this may damage the diamond segments. Additionally, it is generally unsuited for soft, non-abrasive materials where diamond core bits cannot engage properly.
Key specifications
Bit diameter: 32 mm
Working length: 450 mm
Connection type: 1 1/4 inch
Application: Masonry and construction materials
How to use
Mount the diamond core bit securely onto a compatible core drilling machine with a 1 1/4 inch connection. Ensure the equipment is switched off and unplugged before installation. Align the bit perpendicular to the surface to be drilled. Apply steady, controlled pressure without forcing the tool, and use appropriate water cooling if wet drilling is required by the material specifications to extend the lifespan of the diamond segments.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that your drilling equipment is compatible with a 1 1/4 inch connection
Check that the 32 mm diameter and 450 mm length match your specific project requirements
Confirm the target material is suitable for diamond core drilling without heavy reinforcement
Usage recommendations: Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and ear protection, during operation. Inspect the diamond segments regularly for wear and ensure adequate cooling during extended drilling sessions to maximize accessory lifespan.
