## Long description

The Darn Tough High Fives OTC Midweight with Cushion ski socks in eclipse are designed to deliver reliable comfort and warmth for winter sports enthusiasts on the slopes. Built for skiing and snowboarding, these over-the-calf socks combine a functional medium weight construction with strategic cushioning to support your feet during long days in cold weather.
Advantages
The socks feature targeted cushioning along the bottom of the foot and shin area, which helps absorb impact and reduce friction inside ski boots. High-performance materials offer effective moisture management to keep feet dry, while the durable over-the-calf design stays securely in place without sliding down. The construction supports natural foot movement and provides enduring performance through repeated winter use.
Suitable for
Alpine skiing sessions
Snowboarding and winter resort activities
Cold weather outdoor recreation requiring tall socks
When it may not be suitable
These midweight cushioned socks may feel too warm or thick for indoor workouts, mild weather running, or when wearing tight-fitting non-athletic footwear. They are specifically tailored for winter sports and taller boots rather than casual everyday wear.

How to use
Pull the socks fully over the calf before putting on your ski or snowboarding boots, ensuring the cushioned zones align properly with your shins and underfoot. What to consider before purchase
Verify that the over-the-calf height matches your preferred winter boot style
Assess whether midweight cushioning suits your thermal preferences on the slopes
