## Long description

The Batavia B.V. 18V Cordless Brushless Angle Grinder 125 mm is a versatile power tool engineered for efficient cutting, grinding, and polishing tasks. Utilizing advanced brushless motor technology, this cordless angle grinder delivers extended runtime, increased power efficiency, and long-lasting durability for various demanding applications. Designed for maximum portability and freedom of movement, it operates on an 18V battery system, making it an essential addition to any workshop or job site without the restriction of power cords.
Advantages
Equipped with a modern brushless motor, the tool minimizes friction and heat generation, resulting in significantly longer motor life and optimized energy consumption during continuous operation. The 125 mm disc size provides a balanced combination of cutting depth and maneuverability, handling various materials with ease. Its ergonomic design and cordless construction allow users to work comfortably in tight spaces and remote areas where mains electricity is unavailable.
Suitable for
Cutting metal pipes, rebar, and sheets
Grinding down welds and smoothing rough metal surfaces
Removing rust and paint from metal structures
General construction and renovation tasks
DIY and fabrication projects
When it may not be suitable
This angle grinder is not designed for heavy-duty industrial continuous production lines that require corded tools with higher sustained amperage. Additionally, users needing very large cutting depths will find the 125 mm disc capacity insufficient for massive masonry or thick concrete blocks.
Key specifications
Power source: 18V battery
Motor type: Brushless
Disc diameter: 125 mm
Application: Cutting, grinding, and polishing
How to use
Ensure the battery is fully charged and securely attached to the tool before starting any operation. Select the appropriate 125 mm disc for your specific task, whether it is cutting or grinding, and ensure it is firmly mounted using the proper locking mechanism. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection. Hold the grinder firmly with both hands, switch it on, and allow the disc to reach full speed before gently applying it to the workpiece with steady, controlled pressure.
What to consider before purchase
Battery and charger compatibility, as they may be sold separately
The 125 mm disc limitation for large-scale industrial cutting depths
The requirement for compatible 18V platform batteries
Usage recommendations
Always inspect the disc for cracks or damage before each use and never exceed the maximum rated speed of the accessory to ensure safe operation.
