## Long description

The NA-IS1-14 Sx2 is a set of two 5 mm thick intake side spacer frames for Noctua 140x25 mm square-frame fans. Designed to replace the stock NA-AVP1 anti-vibration pads, these beige spacers create a 5 mm offset between the fan and an intake obstacle (grill, perforated plate, mesh, filter or radiator) to reduce influx turbulence. By improving airflow conditions at the fan inlet, the NA-IS1-14 can help to lower noise emissions and improve suction performance in pull-type applications.
Advantages
Offsetting the fan from the obstruction reduces turbulent air entering the fan and can lead to noticeably improved acoustic characteristics and reduced overall noise levels. The spacers can also improve fan efficiency in suction setups, enabling higher flow rates or lower noise at similar operating points.
