The Noctua NF-A12x25 is a 120 mm computer case fan designed for quiet, efficient cooling in a wide range of PC applications. The LS-PWM variant is a low-speed, PWM-enabled model that supports semi-passive operation and near-silent acoustics while offering precise speed control. Constructed with Sterrox® liquid-crystal polymer, a metal-reinforced motor hub and Noctua’s SSO2 bearing, the NF-A12x25 combines high efficiency, low noise and long-term stability in a compact black design.
Advantages
The NF-A12x25 delivers a balanced pressure/airflow (P/Q) curve that performs well in both airflow-oriented and high static-pressure scenarios such as case cooling, heatsinks and radiators. Advanced aerodynamic features — including Flow Acceleration Channels, Stepped Inlet Design and Inner Surface Microstructures — reduce vortex and tonal noise while improving efficiency. The motor hub is reinforced with steel and brass components for enhanced precision, and the Sterrox® LCP impeller enables an ultra-tight 0.5 mm tip clearance for reduced leak flows. The LS-PWM low-speed model combines PWM control with extremely low sound levels and includes anti-vibration pads, a radiator gasket and a six-year manufacturer’s warranty.
