It ships with one NF-A15 140mm fan (PWM, 300–1500 RPM) and can be upgraded with a second 140mm or a 120mm fan for improved cooling. The heatsink features recessed lower fins to allow up to 65 mm tall memory modules and an offset fin-stack that clears the top PCIe x16 slot on most µATX and ATX motherboards. The package includes Noctua’s SecuFirm2™ multi-socket mounting system, NT-H1 thermal compound and a 6-year manufacturer’s warranty.
