The Noctua NM-i4677 mounting kit enables installation of Noctua DX-4189, DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 series coolers onto Intel LGA4677 sockets used by 4th generation Xeon Scalable (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) processors and Intel workstation CPUs in the w9, w7, w5 and w3 series. The kit integrates standard Intel elements such as the anti-tilt mechanism, Torx® T30 PEEK nuts and CPU-specific carrier frames (these frames are included with boxed retail CPUs and are available separately for tray CPUs). A Torx® T30 mounting tool is included. The NM-i4677 is compliant with Intel installation guidelines and provides the familiar mounting procedure used for LGA4677 systems. Caution: the NM-i4677 is only compatible with Noctua DX-4189, DX-3647 and TR4-SP3 series heatsinks and cannot be used with other Noctua coolers.
