Noctua NT-H1 is a hybrid thermal compound that combines high thermal performance with long-term stability and ease of use. Supplied in an extra-large 10 g syringe, it is suitable for both CPU and GPU cooling in air- and water-cooled systems and is widely used by overclockers and system builders for reliable heat transfer.

How to use
Apply a small amount of thermal paste to the centre of the CPU heatspreader, then mount the heatsink and fasten it according to the cooler manufacturer’s instructions. NT-H1 spreads evenly under pressure so manual spreading is not necessary. For larger surfaces (e.g. TR4), use a slightly larger amount; for small CPUs (e.g. LGA1151) use a smaller dot. After removal, wipe off excess paste with a dry tissue, then clean remaining residue with a moist tissue.
Usage recommendations
Store the syringe at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight. One 10 g package is sufficient for multiple applications (approx. 9–60 applications depending on CPU/GPU size). Do not use solvents for cleaning; follow standard ESD precautions when working on system internals.
