Noctua NT-H2 AM5 Edition is a second-generation hybrid thermal compound designed for high-demand CPU and GPU cooling. It builds on the proven NT-H1 formula with a refined mixture of metal oxide micro-particles to reduce thermal resistance and bond-line thickness. The 3.5 g syringe includes three pre-moistened cleaning wipes and the AM5-specific NA-TPG1 thermal paste guard to prevent paste accumulation in AM5 heatspreader cut-outs.
Advantages

How to use
Apply a small amount of NT-H2 onto the CPU heatspreader, position the heatsink and secure it according to the cooler manufacturer’s instructions. Thanks to the compound’s spreading properties, manual spreading is not required. For AM5 processors, apply the NA-TPG1 thermal paste guard before mounting to prevent excess paste from accumulating in the heatspreader cut-outs. To remove the paste, use one of the included NA-CW1 wipes and clean both the CPU and the cooler base.
Recommendations
Use the 3.5 g syringe for occasional installations; consider the optional NA-SCW1 20-piece wipe set if you frequently remove and reapply coolers. Follow the cooler and CPU manufacturer’s mounting instructions and store the syringe at room temperature when not in use.
