A lace-up closure combined with a Velcro strap anchored at two points on the buckle provides secure, fine adjustment. The shoe incorporates a Bi-Tension system that runs from the toe to the arch to balance flexibility and support, a 1 mm Flexan midsole insert for even force distribution and rear-foot flexibility, and Vibram® XS GRIP 2 rubber covering half the sole length plus a handcrafted heel in the same compound.
