## Summary description

FTP Cat5e 0.25M yellow patch cord with two RJ45 connectors designed for connecting computer networks, linking personal computers to data sockets, and connecting patch panels with active networking elements.

## Long description

The FTP Cat5e 0.25M yellow patch cord with two RJ45 connectors is a reliable networking cable designed for short-distance connections within local area networks. Measuring 0.25 meters in length, this yellow patch cable facilitates efficient signal transmission between computers, data sockets, patch panels, and active networking equipment. Its shielded construction helps minimize electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable network performance in office and home environments.
Advantages
This FTP Cat5e patch cord offers dependable signal integrity thanks to its shielded twisted pair design, which reduces external interference and crosstalk. The compact 0.25-meter length prevents cable clutter in server racks and near desktop setups, making cable management clean and organized. Equipped with factory-molded RJ45 connectors on both ends, it provides a secure and durable connection for daily networking needs without requiring any manual assembly or special tools.
Suitable for
Connecting a desktop computer or laptop to a wall data socket
Linking patch panels to active networking switches or routers
Short-distance patching in server cabinets and network closets
Setting up small office or home local area networks
When it may not be suitable
This cable is not designed for long-distance runs or connections that span across large rooms due to its fixed 0.25-meter length. It is also unsuitable for outdoor installations or harsh industrial environments that require weatherproof or heavily armored cabling.
Key specifications
Cable type: FTP Cat5e twisted pair patch cord
Length: 0.25 meters
Color: Yellow
Connectors: Two RJ45 male connectors
How to use
To use the patch cord, insert one RJ45 connector into the network port of your device, such as a computer or IP phone, until it clicks securely into place. Insert the opposite RJ45 connector into the corresponding port on a switch, router, patch panel, or wall data socket. Ensure the cable is not sharply bent or subjected to excessive pulling tension to maintain optimal signal transmission over time.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that the 0.25-meter length is sufficient for your specific connection layout
Check that your equipment uses standard RJ45 networking ports
Determine if shielded FTP cabling is required for your network environment
Usage recommendations: Route the cable carefully to avoid tight bends and sharp angles that could damage the internal conductors. Keep the patch cord away from heavy power cables to prevent potential electromagnetic interference and ensure consistent network speeds.
