## Long description

The FTP Cat5e 2M Orange Copper Network Patch Cord is designed for reliable and stable wired network connections. Built with high-quality copper conductors, this 2-meter orange patch cord ensures efficient data transmission for various networking setups. Whether you are connecting computers, routers, switches, or other network peripherals, this cable provides a dependable link for your local area network needs.
Advantages
This copper network patch cord offers consistent signal integrity and reliable performance for everyday networking tasks. The copper construction provides better durability and conductivity compared to alternative materials. Its distinct orange color allows for easy identification and cable management within busy server rooms or home office setups. With a standard 2-meter length, it delivers optimal reach without excessive cable clutter.
Suitable for
Connecting desktop computers and laptops to network switches or routers
Linking network printers and IP cameras to local area networks
Setting up home office or small business wired network connections
Patch panel connections in structured cabling systems
When it may not be suitable
This cable is not recommended for high-speed industrial installations that require Cat6a or higher standards for extremely high bandwidth over long distances. Additionally, the 2-meter length may be insufficient for setups requiring long-run cable routing across large rooms or between different floors.
Key specifications
Cable type: FTP Cat5e
Length: 2 meters
Conductor material: Copper
Color: Orange

How to use
To use the patch cord, connect one RJ45 connector to the Ethernet port of your network device, such as a computer or printer, and the other connector to your router, switch, or wall outlet. Ensure the connectors click firmly into place to secure the connection. Avoid sharp bends or excessive pulling during installation to maintain cable integrity.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that the 2-meter length is sufficient for your specific routing distance
Check that your network devices require a Cat5e standard connection
Confirm the need for an FTP shielded cable based on your electrical interference environment
