The kit contains 12 pre-cut tassels in cream, pink and dark pink and approximately 2 m of white twine for assembly. After putting the tassels on the twine, the assembled garland measures about 1.5 m in length and each tassel reaches an approximate height of 30 cm. Lay out the tassels and the white twine on a flat surface. Unfold each pre-cut tassel and wrap or fold according to the included assembly guidance, then thread or tie each tassel onto the twine at the desired spacing until all 12 tassels are fixed.
