The raised edge on the lid allows embers or charcoal to be placed on top so the pot can be heated from all sides, making it suitable for baking bread as well as for soups, stews, casseroles, roasts and cakes. The ft4.5-t has dimensions of 310 mm (width) x 270 mm (depth) x 146 mm (height) and weighs 7.3 kg.
