## Long description

The Phoenix Vela SS0801KD Key Lock Steel Home Office Safe 10 L Graphite is a compact security safe designed to safeguard valuables, cash, and important documents in residential or office environments. Built from durable steel with a scratch-resistant metallic graphite finish, this model combines robust construction with a secure key-lock mechanism for reliable everyday protection.
Advantages
This security safe features a durable steel construction complemented by twin live locking bolts and concealed internal hinges to provide enhanced resistance against physical tampering. The integrated high-security key-lock mechanism ensures straightforward mechanical access without relying on batteries or electronic components. Additionally, the inclusion of a dedicated deposit slot allows users to insert items quickly without opening the main door, while the scratch-resistant metallic graphite paint maintains a clean appearance over time.
Suitable for
Storing cash and small valuables at home
Safeguarding important documents in an office environment
Depositing items quickly through the integrated slot
Securing items with a traditional key-lock mechanism
When it may not be suitable
This safe may not be suitable if you require a larger storage capacity than the provided 10 litres, or if you prefer a digital PIN code or biometric access method instead of a physical key lock.
Key specifications
10 L capacity
High-security key-lock mechanism with two keys included
Durable steel construction with twin live locking bolts
Concealed internal hinges
Deposit slot measuring 150 x 12 mm
Scratch-resistant metallic graphite finish
Prepared for floor or wall mounting with included fixing bolts
How to use
To use the safe, unlock the door using one of the provided high-security keys and swing it open on its concealed internal hinges. Place your cash, valuables, or documents inside the 10 L main compartment, or drop smaller items directly through the external deposit slot without opening the main door. Close the door securely, turn the key to engage the twin live locking bolts, and remove the key. For maximum security, anchor the safe to a concrete floor or brick wall using the provided fixing bolts.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that the 10 L capacity meets your storage volume requirements
Ensure you are comfortable managing a physical key-lock system rather than an electronic lock
Check the dimensions of the deposit slot to ensure it fits your intended items
Confirm a suitable installation location with a solid brick wall or concrete floor for anchoring
Usage recommendations: Install the safe in a discreet yet accessible location and anchor it securely to a brick wall or concrete floor using the supplied fixing bolts to prevent unauthorized removal. Always store your spare key in a secure location separate from the safe itself.
