## Long description

The POC Obex MIPS Open-Face Ski and Snowboard Helmet in Matt Black is engineered to provide reliable head protection for winter sports enthusiasts. Utilizing advanced in-mold construction, this helmet combines a durable outer shell with a lightweight design to ensure comfort and safety during extended days on the slopes. Integrated MIPS technology enhances protection by helping to reduce rotational impact forces transmitted to the brain during angled impacts.
Advantages
The helmet offers a balanced combination of lightweight performance and robust durability, making it an excellent choice for various winter weather conditions. Its modern open-face design ensures a wide field of vision and seamless compatibility with a variety of ski goggles. The in-mold construction keeps the overall weight to a minimum, reducing neck fatigue while maintaining high standards of impact absorption. The integrated MIPS system adds an extra layer of safety, addressing specific types of rotational forces commonly encountered in winter sports accidents.
Suitable for
Downhill skiing and snowboarding
Resort riding and all-mountain adventures
Winter sports enthusiasts seeking rotational impact protection
When it may not be suitable
This open-face helmet is not designed for high-speed competitive disciplines such as slalom or downhill racing that require full-face protection with a chin bar. It may also not be suitable for non-winter sports activities or users who prefer a heavily customized fit system not aligned with this model's design.

How to use
To ensure proper protection, select the correct size that fits snugly and securely around your head. What to consider before purchase
Verify your exact head circumference to select the appropriate size
Check compatibility with your existing ski goggles
Consider your primary riding style and whether an open-face helmet meets your safety requirements
