If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 75°C for 12 hours before printing.

For reliable first-layer adhesion on a hot build plate, use a PC-specific adhesive such as Magigoo PC or another adhesive designed for high-temperature polycarbonate. Print without fan or with minimal cooling. If parts will be exposed to mechanical stress or elevated temperatures, consider annealing printed parts at 90°C for 2 hours to relieve internal stresses and improve long-term dimensional stability.
