PolyLite™ PLA (Polymaker PA02055) is a beige polylactic acid filament supplied on a 1 kg spool with a 1.75 mm diameter. This PLA is formulated for reliable, easy 3D printing and is based on a high molecular weight NatureWorks PLA to provide increased rigidity compared with standard PLA grades. The filament is suitable for general-purpose printing where good surface quality and dimensional stability are required.

PolyLite™ PLA offers improved rigidity due to its high molecular weight base material and includes Polymaker's Jam-Free™ Technology, which raises the filament's heat resistance (the filament itself, not the printed part) to 140°C to reduce hot-end heat-creep jams. How to use
Load the 1.75 mm PolyLite™ PLA filament into your FDM/FFF 3D printer and set the nozzle temperature between 190°C and 230°C, bed temperature between 25°C and 60°C, and printing speed around 40–60 mm/s. Use part cooling fan ON for typical prints. For direct-drive extruders use retraction ~1 mm at 20 mm/s; for Bowden/indirect-drive systems use retraction ~3 mm at 40 mm/s. These settings provide a starting point—fine-tune temperatures, speeds, and retraction to match your printer and model geometry.
Usage recommendations
If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 55°C for about 6 hours before printing. Note that Jam-Free™ Technology increases the filament's heat resistance to 140°C to prevent hot-end heat-creep jams, but printed parts retain typical PLA heat resistance (~60°C).
