## Long description

PolyFlex™ TPU95 is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament formulated for most desktop 3D printers. This black, 1.75 mm filament (750 g) has a Shore A hardness of 95 and can stretch to more than three times its original length. It is intended for flexible, durable prints where high shore hardness among TPU materials is required.
Advantages
PolyFlex™ TPU95 combines high elasticity with relative stiffness for a TPU: its 95A shore rating gives printed parts good wear resistance and shape retention while still allowing significant elongation. The filament is supplied in 1.75 mm diameter and 750 g spool size, suitable for most desktop setups that accept flexible filaments.

How to use
For best results, use a direct drive extruder (extruder mounted on the hot end). Set the nozzle temperature between 210°C and 230°C and the bed temperature between 25°C and 60°C. Print at a slow speed—20–40 mm/s—to maintain extrusion consistency. When using a direct drive system, set retraction to about 3 mm at 40 mm/s. For indirect (Bowden) setups, use a longer retraction of around 6 mm at 60 mm/s. Enable part cooling fan as appropriate for your printer and model geometry.
Usage recommendations
If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 65°C for 8 hours before printing. Consider print settings such as infill percentage, wall count, top/bottom layers and layer height, since these influence the perceived flexibility of the printed part in addition to the 95A shore rating.
