## Long description

PolyFlex™ TPU95 is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament designed for use on most desktop 3D printers. It is supplied in 1.75 mm diameter and 750 g spools, and is intended for applications requiring a relatively firm but flexible material with a Shore A hardness of 95 and elongation that allows stretching to more than three times its original length.

How to use
For best results, load the filament into a printer configured for flexible materials. A direct drive extruder (extruder mounted on or near the hot end) is recommended to reduce feeding issues; however printing is possible on many machines with proper tuning. Print with a nozzle temperature between 210°C and 230°C, a bed temperature between 25°C and 60°C, and a print speed of 20–40 mm/s. Use active part cooling (fan ON). If using a direct drive setup, set retraction to around 3 mm at 40 mm/s; for indirect (Bowden) setups, increase retraction to about 6 mm at 60 mm/s. Adjust infill, wall count and layer height to control final part flexibility.
Usage recommendations
Store the filament dry; if moisture has been absorbed, dry at 65°C for approximately 8 hours before printing. Consider higher infill or more perimeters to reduce elasticity when a firmer part is required.
