Polymaker PD02002 White 750 g 1.75 mm is a TPU-based filament (PolyFlex™ TPU90 from Covestro’s Addigy® family) designed to deliver high flexibility while maintaining good printing speed. The filament comes in white, has a diameter of 1.75 mm and a net weight of 750 g, suitable for flexible functional parts and prototypes that require elastic behavior and surface quality.

How to use
For best results, use a direct drive printer with the extruder mounted close to the hot end. Set the nozzle temperature between 210°C and 230°C and the bed temperature between 25°C and 60°C. Recommended print speeds are 30–60 mm/s. Enable part cooling fan. When using a direct drive setup, configure retraction to about 3 mm at 40 mm/s; for indirect (Bowden) setups use about 6 mm retraction at 60 mm/s. Load the 1.75 mm filament into the extruder and print as with other TPU materials, monitoring the first layers for correct adhesion and extrusion consistency.
Usage recommendations
We highly recommend printing PolyFlex™ TPU90 on a direct drive printer for optimal feeding and reduced issues with retraction. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 70°C for approximately 8 hours before printing. Adjust retraction and print speed according to your printer and part geometry to reduce stringing and ensure dimensional accuracy.
