Polymaker PD02004 Transparent 750 g 1.75 mm is a TPU filament from the PolyFlex™ TPU90 family, formulated with Covestro’s Addigy® chemistry to deliver high flexibility while maintaining good printing speed. The filament is supplied in 1.75 mm diameter and 750 g spool weight, suitable for flexible parts and functional prototypes that require elasticity and clear appearance.

How to use
For best results, use a direct-drive 3D printer (extruder mounted close to the hot end). Recommended printing temperature range is 210–230 °C and bed temperature 25–60 °C. Print speeds between 30 and 60 mm/s are advised, and part cooling fan should be ON. Configure retraction according to your printer type: for direct drive set retraction distance to about 3 mm and retraction speed to 40 mm/s; for indirect (Bowden) setups use about 6 mm retraction distance and 60 mm/s retraction speed. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry at 70 °C for 8 hours before printing.
Usage recommendations
Use a direct-drive extruder when possible for more reliable extrusion of PolyFlex™ TPU90. Adjust retraction and print speed to reduce stringing and ensure consistent extrusion. Store the filament in a dry, sealed container or desiccant bag to prevent moisture uptake.
