PolyFlex™ TPU95-HF from Covestro’s Addigy® family is a high-flow thermoplastic polyurethane filament designed for high-speed FDM 3D printing. Offered here as Polymaker PD03001 in black, 1 kg spool with 1.75 mm diameter, the material is intended for flexible, durable parts where faster print speeds and reliable extrusion are required.

Configure retraction and speed according to your drive type: for direct drive, try 3 mm retraction at 40 mm/s; for indirect (Bowden) setups, use about 6 mm retraction at 60 mm/s. Turn the cooling fan on during printing to help with surface quality.
Usage recommendations
If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry it at 70°C for 8 hours before printing. Use a direct drive printer to fully benefit from the material’s high-flow properties and to reliably print at higher speeds; indirect drive printers can print this TPU but may require conservative speed and retraction settings.
