The QNAP TS-AI642-8G is an AI-focused tower NAS equipped with an energy-efficient 64-bit ARM Cortex-A76/A55 octa-core SoC, Mali-G610 MC4 GPU and up to 6 TOPS NPU to accelerate on-device AI for video and image recognition. It supports six 3.5" drives natively and can be expanded with QNAP TL-D1600S or TR-series expansion units to increase capacity. With 8 GB non-expandable RAM, SATA 6Gb/s drive support, one 2.5GbE port and a PCIe Gen3 x2 slot for network or I/O upgrades, the TS-AI642-8G targets surveillance, image recognition and general NAS use with low power consumption.
