With a length of 2 meters, it provides sufficient reach for standard desktop setups, gaming stations, and home entertainment systems without excessive cable clutter.
Advantages
This DisplayPort v2.1 cable offers stable signal transmission for high-resolution visual and audio content. Its male to male connectors ensure a secure and direct connection between compatible source devices and displays. The robust construction supports demanding bandwidth requirements, which helps maintain signal integrity during intensive use such as gaming or professional media work. The 2-meter length strikes a practical balance between flexibility in device placement and minimizing signal loss.
Suitable for
Connecting a desktop computer or laptop to a high-resolution monitor
Gaming setups requiring reliable high-bandwidth video transmission
Workstations utilizing multiple displays for productivity tasks
Home entertainment systems linking media sources to displays
When it may not be suitable
This cable may not be suitable if your devices do not feature DisplayPort interfaces, as it lacks conversion capabilities for other port types like HDMI or VGA. Additionally, the 2-meter length might be insufficient for large conference rooms, projector installations, or setups where the computer and monitor are spaced far apart.

How to use
To use the DisplayPort v2.1 cable Qoltec male to male 2m, ensure that both your source device, such as a computer or graphics card, and your display device are powered off before connection. Insert one male connector into the DisplayPort output port on your computer and the other male connector into the input port on your monitor. Secure any latching mechanisms if present on the connectors to prevent accidental disconnection. Power on your devices and adjust your operating system display settings if necessary to recognize the external monitor and configure the desired resolution and refresh rate.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that both your source device and monitor are equipped with standard DisplayPort connectors
Measure the physical distance between your devices to ensure the 2-meter length is adequate
Check the maximum resolution and refresh rate supported by your hardware to ensure compatibility with the cable specifications
