It provides power and data/charging capabilities via GDS® Technology™: the dock supplies power through a USB Type-C connector and supports peripherals through a built-in USB Type-A cable. The dock maintains pogo-pin charging when the tablet is docked and preserves the tablet's side scanning function and compatibility with accessories such as the Zebra Expansion Back and PowerPack Battery. The dock can be mounted using C and D size RAM® 4-hole AMPS and 75 x 75 mm VESA pattern bases for attaching a double socket arm, and it also includes a built-in 2-hole plate compatible with RAM® 2-hole diamond base for mounting additional devices.
