With a capacity of 1.8 liters and dimensions of 33x20x6.3 cm, this rectangular glass dish is engineered to handle high temperatures in the oven, making it ideal for a wide variety of homemade meals. The transparent glass construction allows you to monitor the cooking progress easily, while also providing an elegant presentation when serving dishes directly from the oven to the dining table.
Advantages
This heat-resistant glass baking dish offers exceptional durability and resilience against thermal shock when used according to standard cooking guidelines. The high-quality material ensures even heat distribution, helping your food bake uniformly without hot spots. Its non-porous glass surface does not absorb food odors or flavors, ensuring that every meal tastes pure and fresh. Furthermore, the smooth surface makes cleaning straightforward and hassle-free, whether washed by hand or placed in a dishwasher.
Suitable for
Baking sweet and savory casseroles
Roasting vegetables and meats in the oven
Preparing layered dishes and gratins
Serving food directly at the dining table
When it may not be suitable
This dish is not suitable for direct heating on stovetops, gas burners, or hot plates. It should also be avoided in microwave modes that involve direct contact with intense heating elements without adequate moisture, or for deep frying.
Key specifications
Capacity: 1.8 liters
Dimensions: 33 x 20 x 6.3 cm
Shape: Rectangular
Material: Heat-resistant glass
Application: Oven cooking, baking, roasting, and serving
How to use
Before placing the dish in the oven, ensure that the food or liquid is distributed evenly. Avoid placing a freezing cold dish into a preheated oven to prevent thermal shock; allow the glassware to adjust to room temperature gradually. Use oven mitts when handling the dish during and after cooking, as the glass becomes extremely hot. Place hot dishes on a dry cloth or wooden trivet rather than a cold or wet surface.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that the 1.8-liter capacity matches your standard portion sizes and household needs
Check your oven interior dimensions to ensure the 33 cm length fits comfortably
Confirm whether you prefer glass cookware over ceramic or metal alternatives
Usage recommendations: Always allow the dish to cool down partially before washing, and avoid using abrasive scouring pads or metal utensils that could scratch the glass surface.
