## Long description

Rockforce RF-914G13 is a 14-piece inertial diesel injector puller set designed to remove diesel fuel injectors with nozzle diameters from 25 to 30 mm. The kit groups a selection of adapters, impact components and connectors in a protective carrying case to provide a compact, organised solution for workshop use. The set is intended to assist mechanics when extracting seized or press-fitted injectors during replacement, repair or routine maintenance of diesel engines.
Advantages
The inertial design enables extraction using controlled impact force rather than continuous hydraulic or manual pulling, reducing the risk of injector damage. A range of adapter sizes and shapes covers common injector tip profiles in the specified diameter range, allowing precise engagement. The components are stored in a dedicated case that protects parts from contamination and helps keep the set organised for rapid selection during repairs. Materials and machining focus on durability suitable for repeated use in professional environments.
Suitable for
Removal of diesel injectors with nozzle diameters between 25 mm and 30 mm
Workshop or garage service and maintenance tasks on diesel engines
Professional mechanics performing injector replacement, repair or diagnostics
Key specifications
Tool type: 14-piece inertial injector puller set
Injector nozzle diameter compatibility: 25–30 mm
Includes multiple adapters and impact components for varied tip profiles
Storage: protective carrying case with dedicated compartments
Intended use: mechanical extraction of press-fitted or seized injectors
How to use
Select the adapter that best matches the injector nozzle profile and diameter. Secure the adapter onto the injector tip according to fit, place the impact mass or inertial component as required by the set design, and apply the recommended striking action to generate a short, controlled pulling impulse. Ensure the engine is cooled and the fuel system is depressurised before starting. Work methodically and inspect the adapter seating to avoid slippage; repeat controlled impacts until the injector is freed and removed.
Usage recommendations
Use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow vehicle manufacturer instructions for injector removal. Avoid excessive or uncontrolled impacts that could damage injector bodies, seats or adjacent components. Keep adapters clean and inspect for wear; replace damaged parts to maintain safe and effective operation.
