It uses a Cat6a S/FTP (S-STP) construction with complete braid shielding and foil-shielded pairs to reduce electromagnetic interference and support high-speed data transmission. The cable features moulded kink protection and gold-plated contacts for durable, consistent connections.

The cable is a prepared double-shielded Twisted Pair patch lead with screened RJ-45 connectors on both ends and contact wiring 1:1 compliant with the EIA/TIA 568 standard.
