The cable uses full braid shielding with individually foil-shielded pairs (S/FTP) and gold-plated contacts, and conforms to EIA/TIA 568 contact assignments (1:1). It is suitable for Power over Ethernet (PoE) and multimedia applications over twisted pair wiring.
