The cable uses unshielded twisted pair (U/UTP) construction with four pairs of stranded copper conductors and RJ-45 straight male connectors on both ends. The slim, flexible jacket and moulded kink protection on the connectors support neat routing in office or home network installations such as switches, routers and patch panels.
