The cable is designed for full‑duplex data transmission and is suitable for InfiniBand, 10 Gbit/s Ethernet, Fibre Channel and other high‑speed network applications. The uniboot LC configuration reduces connector density and allows easy polarity changes without special tools. The outer jacket is low smoke, fire retardant and zero halogen (LSFRZH), and the OM4 fibre specification provides high modal bandwidth for extended link distances in building and campus backbones.
