Rosle 25083 hamburger press is made from 18/10 stainless steel with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) components. The set consists of a ring and a stamp designed to form uniform burger patties with a nominal outer diameter of approximately 12 cm and a ring diameter of 11 cm. The ring has a height of 6 cm with internal scaling to shape patties in weights from about 100 g up to 350 g. The press is finished in black and is intended for straightforward portioning and shaping of minced meat for frying or oven use in home kitchens and small catering operations. It is not designed to be used directly on an open grill surface.
