## Long description

The Manual Tile Cutter RUBI RUBI-60943 for Ceramic and Porcelain tiles is a compact, portable cutting tool designed to make straight and angled cuts on ceramic and porcelain tile sheets. It provides a handheld alternative to power tools for renovation, tiling projects and on-site adjustments. The cutter is engineered to deliver accurate, repeatable cuts with a user-friendly scoring and breaking mechanism that supports both professional tilers and DIY users who need a reliable, non-powered solution.
Advantages
This manual tile cutter offers precision scoring and clean break lines for ceramic and porcelain tiles without the need for electricity. Its compact design ensures portability and easy storage, while the robust construction provides stability during cutting. The tool minimizes dust and noise compared with powered saws and is suitable for quick adjustments, finishing cuts and small installation jobs. Ergonomic handling and a straightforward operation reduce the learning curve for first-time users.
Suitable for
Cutting ceramic wall and floor tiles
Cutting porcelain tiles with moderate thickness
Straight and angled cuts for renovation and tiling projects
 On-site adjustments and finishing cuts
DIY tiling and professional small-scale installations
Key specifications
Type: manual tile cutter for ceramic and porcelain
Cutting method: scoring wheel and manual breaking mechanism
Portability: compact and lightweight design for easy transport
Cut type: straight and angled cuts supported
Use environment: indoor tiling work, renovation sites, on-site adjustments
How to use
Place the tile on the cutter base aligning the cutting line with the scoring wheel, adjust the guide to the desired angle if angled cutting is required, then firmly score the tile by pulling the scoring wheel across the surface in one continuous motion. After scoring, apply even pressure using the breaking mechanism to snap the tile along the scored line. For thicker porcelain tiles, perform a slightly deeper score and ensure even pressure during snapping. Clean the scoring wheel and guide surfaces regularly to maintain cutting accuracy.
Usage recommendations
Use the cutter on a stable, level surface and secure the tile to prevent movement during scoring. Wear suitable eye protection and gloves when handling cut tiles. For very hard or very thick porcelain tiles consider complementary cutting methods or a specialist saw. Regularly inspect and replace the scoring wheel when signs of wear appear to ensure consistent results.
