It combines a high-thickness recycled aluminium body with a durable, stone-effect Biostone® Pro non-stick coating and a patented stainless steel double bottom with a flat surface that works on all hob types, including induction. The handle is stainless steel and designed to resist burning, while both internal and external coatings are solvent-free and water-based.
