## Long description

The Scheppach BC-MP470-X SET XL Cordless Lawn Mower 40V 47 cm with Drive is an efficient and reliable gardening tool designed for maintaining medium to large lawns with absolute precision and ease. Operating on a robust 40V system, this battery-powered lawn mower combines the freedom of cordless mobility with powerful performance, eliminating petrol emissions and tangled cords. Equipped with a generous 47 cm cutting width and a self-propelled drive system, it significantly reduces user effort on slopes and uneven terrain, ensuring smooth and consistent mowing results for your domestic garden care.
Advantages
The cordless design provides complete freedom of movement around your garden without the hassle of extension cords or the maintenance associated with petrol engines. The integrated self-propelled drive system lightens the physical load during operation, making it comfortable to push even across larger areas or gentle inclines. A wide 47 cm cutting deck allows for efficient grass coverage in fewer passes, reducing the overall time spent on lawn maintenance. Furthermore, operating without direct emissions makes this mower an environmentally friendlier choice for residential neighborhoods.
Suitable for
Maintaining medium to large residential lawns
Gardens with slopes or uneven terrain thanks to the self-propelled drive
Homeowners seeking a petrol-free and emission-free mowing experience
Users requiring a wide cutting deck for faster grass trimming
When it may not be suitable
This cordless lawn mower may not be suitable for very large commercial landscapes or excessively overgrown fields that require heavy-duty industrial equipment. Additionally, users who do not already utilize compatible battery systems might find initial battery charging management necessary for continuous long sessions.
Key specifications
40V operating voltage
47 cm cutting width
Self-propelled drive system
Cordless battery operation
Designed for medium to large lawns
How to use
Prepare the lawn mower by inserting the fully charged batteries into the designated compartment. Adjust the cutting height to your preferred level according to the condition of your grass. Start the motor using the safety start mechanism, engage the self-propelled drive lever if desired, and guide the mower across the lawn in steady, overlapping rows. After mowing, ensure the unit is powered off, disconnect the batteries, and clean any grass clippings from the underside of the deck to maintain optimal performance.
What to consider before purchase

Verify available storage space in your shed or garage for a 47 cm cutting width mower
Consider whether a self-propelled drive system aligns with your mowing preferences and terrain
