## Long description

The SCHROFF Spring Washer A4 DIN 137 100 Pieces provides a reliable fastening solution for industrial and mechanical assembly applications. Manufactured in accordance with the DIN 137 standard, these spring washers are designed to maintain consistent tension in structural joints and prevent loosening caused by continuous vibration. Supplied in a convenient pack of 100 pieces, this product ensures secure and stable connections across various technical setups.
Advantages
Using the SCHROFF Spring Washer A4 DIN 137 helps safeguard mechanical assemblies against the effects of vibration and thermal expansion. The spring action exerts continuous pressure on the fastener head, reducing the risk of accidental loosening over time. Crafted to standard specifications, these components integrate smoothly into existing hardware configurations to enhance overall structural reliability and extend the service life of assembled joints.
Suitable for
Mechanical assembly and industrial equipment maintenance
Securing structural joints exposed to vibration
Electronics enclosures and rack mounting applications
General hardware installations requiring sustained tension
When it may not be suitable
This spring washer is not designed for heavy-duty structural applications that require high-tensile locking mechanisms beyond standard DIN 137 specifications. It may also be unsuitable for soft materials where high spring pressure could damage the contact surface unless a flat washer is used.
Key specifications
Material: A4 stainless steel
Standard: DIN 137
Quantity: 100 pieces per pack
Application: Mechanical fastening and vibration prevention
How to use
Place the spring washer onto the bolt or screw shaft before inserting it through the mounting hole. Ensure the curved or corrugated side of the washer faces the correct direction relative to the fastener head and the mating surface according to standard engineering practices. Tighten the fastener to the recommended torque specification to compress the washer evenly and achieve the required tension.
What to consider before purchase
Verify that the DIN 137 standard matches your technical requirements
Check the thread size of your fasteners to ensure compatibility
Confirm that the A4 material grade is suitable for your operating environment
Usage recommendations: Store the spring washers in a dry environment to maintain material integrity. Always use the correct torque tools during installation to prevent overtightening and ensure optimal performance of the joint.
