## Long description

The SCHROFF 19-inch Round Panel 1 RU Aluminum RAL 7021 3 mm is a precision-engineered component designed for professional rackmount enclosures and server cabinets. Manufactured from durable 3 mm aluminum, this panel offers robust construction while maintaining a lightweight profile. It features a dark grey RAL 7021 powder-coated finish, ensuring a sleek aesthetic that integrates seamlessly with existing professional rack setups. Designed specifically for standard 19-inch rack profiles, it secures easily to provide reliable coverage, cable management support, or airflow organization.
Advantages
This round panel is constructed from high-grade 3 mm aluminum, combining mechanical strength with resistance to corrosion. The material choice ensures long-term durability in demanding technical environments while preventing unnecessary weight load on the rack. Its standardized 19-inch width and 1 RU height allow for universal compatibility with standard rack enclosures. The dark grey RAL 7021 finish provides a professional appearance that resists everyday wear and tear in server rooms and technical installations.
Suitable for
Professional server cabinets and 19-inch rackmount enclosures
Data centers requiring clean cable management routing
Telecommunication installations and networking equipment setups
Audio and broadcasting studio rack configurations
When it may not be suitable
This component may not be appropriate for enclosures that do not follow the standard 19-inch mounting format or require custom dimensions. It is also not designed to support heavy load-bearing applications or equipment mounting, as it functions primarily as a panel cover rather than a structural shelf.

How to use
To install the SCHROFF 19-inch round panel, align the mounting holes on the left and right edges with the threaded holes or cage nuts on your 19-inch vertical rack rails. Ensure the panel is positioned at the desired 1 RU space within the enclosure. Secure the component using appropriate rack mounting screws on both sides, tightening them evenly to prevent misalignment. Check available vertical rack space to ensure 1 RU is open
Confirm that the dark grey RAL 7021 finish matches your existing equipment aesthetics
Ensure you have standard rack mounting screws available for installation
